you would need to be a programmer, its not something that could eisily be explained, even i dont understand it and Ive been taught Basics in HTML, C++ and actionscript (but thats flash coding). You basically run the part of the censored image through thousands of algorithms and eventually you might find one that can solve most of the censoring (by re aranging and actualy doing "guesswork" and placing new pixels) and can recreate maybe 80% of the data, and than you can simply touch up the image from there... Again this is just the fundamental idea I am nowhere near capable of doing any sort of coding myself to try to actualy unmosaic an image, its best to just find a good artist and have them redraw it, so once again keep up the good work man!
